Terms of Service

The "Jyotisha Made Clear" workshop and this website (also presented under the brand "Astropuranam") are owned and operated by Vasista Wisdom Collective ("we", "us", "our"), 3rd Floor, Sree Gururaya Mansion, No. 759, 8th Main Road, J P Nagar 3rd Phase, Bengaluru 560078, Karnataka, India.
1. The service
We provide a live, online educational workshop on classical Vedic astrology (Jyotisha), conducted over two evenings on Zoom, together with recordings of the sessions made available for seven (7) days after the workshop. The registration fee is ₹99 (Indian Rupees ninety-nine) unless otherwise stated on the checkout page.
2. Registration and access
By registering, you agree to provide accurate contact details so we can deliver joining links and recordings. Your seat is personal to you and access links may not be shared, resold or publicly posted. We may reschedule a cohort where necessary; if we do, your registration automatically carries to the next cohort, or you may request a full refund instead.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. The name appearing on your payment statement corresponds to Vasista Wisdom Collective. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: if you attend Day 1 and feel the workshop is not for you, write to us within 24 hours of the Day 1 session and we will refund your fee in full.
5. Educational nature; no professional advice
The workshop is educational. Nothing taught constitutes medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and no guaranteed outcomes or predictions about your life are promised. We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe remedies, or sell remedial products or services. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
All workshop materials, recordings, frameworks, slides and content are the intellectual property of Vasista Wisdom Collective and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, reproducing or redistributing the sessions or materials without written permission is prohibited.
7. Conduct
We may remove any participant who disrupts a session, harasses other participants or the instructor, or attempts to record or redistribute the workshop. No refund is owed where removal results from a breach of these terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the workshop is limited to the amount you paid for your registration. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms such as Zoom, WhatsApp or your internet provider.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
