Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 28 July 2026

This policy applies to registrations for the "Jyotisha Made Clear" live workshop operated by Vasista Wisdom Collective, Bengaluru, India.

In short: attend Day 1, and if the workshop is not for you, email us within 24 hours of the Day 1 session for a full refund of your ₹99 registration fee — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

1. Full refund after Day 1

If you attend the first evening of the workshop and decide it is not right for you, write to connect@astropuranam.com within 24 hours of the end of the Day 1 session, from the email address you registered with, mentioning your registered name or payment reference. Your ₹99 fee will be refunded in full.

2. Cancellation before the workshop

If you cannot attend your cohort, email us before the Day 1 session begins and we will either transfer your registration to a later cohort at no charge, or refund your fee in full — your choice.

3. Missed sessions

If you miss a live session, recordings of both days are available to you for seven (7) days after the workshop. A missed session by itself, without a refund request under sections 1 or 2, does not qualify for a refund.

4. Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel or reschedule a cohort, you will be offered a seat in the next cohort or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are initiated through Razorpay to your original payment method (card, UPI or net banking) within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, the amount may take a few additional days to reflect in your account.
